Captain America: New World Order Release Date & Everything We Know So Far!!!

Although there is still a long way to go until Captain America: New World Order is released, the fourth film in the franchise is taking shape well, thanks to a number of recent casting announcements. Harrison Ford, a renowned actor who has been in the business for many years, is the newest celebrity to sign up with Marvel.

The late William Hurt, who played General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in The Incredible Hulk, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and Black Widow before his passing earlier this year, will be replaced by him in the role.

Sam Wilson, played by Anthony Mackie, will take over as the title character in the fourth Captain America film.

Although there are not many specifics available about the plot of the upcoming film, which will be co-written by the showrunner of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier as well as a screenwriter, Dalan Musson, there are many potential paths that Sam’s story might take in the future.

In Captain America: New World Order, Anthony Mackie will return to the character of Sam Wilson, Captain America.

When news of a second Captain America film originally surfaced, Mackie told EW he was unaware of it but “eager” to see what the future held for his character.

Cast List For Captain America: New World Order

Captain America: New World Order

The following cast members for Captain America: New World Order has been confirmed:

1. Anthony Mackie will portray Captain America/Sam Wilson

2. Tim Blake Nelson will portray The Leader/Dr. Samuel Stern

3. Carl Lumbly will portray Isaiah Bradley

4. Shira Haas will portray Sabra

5. Danny Ramirez will portray Falcon

6. Harrison Ford will portray General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross

Other Cast members from The Falcon and The Winter Soldier may appear alongside Mackie on the big screen, particularly if the film serves as a replacement for a second season.

We can anticipate Sebastian Stan to return to the role of James Buchanan “Bucky” Barnes/Winter Soldier/White Wolf if the new title screen is used as the film’s title. It made sense for Sam to recruit the assistance of the super soldier against his most recent adversary after their initial disagreements were resolved.

There were also rumors that Chris Evans, who is supposedly leaving the franchise in Avengers: Endgame, might return as Captain America earlier this year.

It would make the most sense for Evans to reprise his role as Captain America for the film’s fourth installment if he plans to do so. Of course, there is also a chance that additional Marvel Cinematic Universe characters will also make appearances.

Plot Speculation On Captain America: New World Order

We don’t yet know what Captain America 4’s storyline will include. Should the series work as a continuation of Sam’s journey beyond his premiere on Disney Plus, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” surely left plenty of loose ends for the winged Cap to pick up.

One possibility is that Contessa Valentina Allegra from Julia Louis-film Dreyfus’s Contessa stated strange things were about to happen when she hired John Walker for an unspecified assignment in the future.

According to The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’s final post-credit scene, Sharon Carter might also become the full villain.

There was some feedback from Spellman on that. In addition to this, there is a very good chance that Sam’s first big-screen solo adventure will feature a whole new plot that is tied to Marvel’s Phase Six. This is something that is very likely to happen.
