Matt Riddle Claims He Was S*xually Assaulted BY a Police Officer!

WWE Superstar Matt Riddle disclosed on Instagram that a police officer had s*xually assaulted him.

The Port Authority police officer who allegedly s*xually assaulted WWE star Matt Riddle in New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport is under investigation, according to reports.

Matt Riddle, 37, posted an Instagram image that has since been removed that appeared to show the cop he claimed had s*xually assaulted him.

“Nothing like being s*xually assaulted by an officer and harassed at the JFK Airport,” Riddle wrote. “No means no, and just because I’m nice doesn’t mean yes!!! A*e!!! Don’t know [their] Twitter or Instagram handles, but I took pictures.”

“Normally, I’m like, ‘whatever,’ but today was weird and uncomfortable, and they made a point to make me feel small and useless. One of the most uncomfortable travel days I’ve ever had. Thanks, NYC, you’re so progressive and accepting!”

Riddle has already been linked to allegations of s*xual misconduct. Independent wrestler Candy Cartwright accused him of s*xually assaulting her in 2018 during the Speaking Out campaign. Riddle admitted to having an affair with her but rejected the s*xual assault claim.

Although the pair lost their most recent match against The Viking Raiders on the September 4th episode of WWE Raw, former UFC fighter Riddle has recently been teaming up with Drew McIntyre.

Before signing on with WWE in 2018, Matt Riddle established himself in mixed martial arts by competing in the reality TV series The Ultimate Fighter, where he secured a deal with the UFC.

Before being discharged in 2013 after failing two drug tests, the former two-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champion spent five years in the UFC. He then had brief appearances with Titan FC and Bellator before deciding to pursue a career in professional wrestling.

Riddle’s claims stunned the Port Authority since nothing occurred that would support the type of accusations he made. It was also mentioned that an internal investigation into what transpired had been started.

Riddle may have been “heavily intoxicated” at the time of this incident at the airport, according to Ringside News’ story.

Late in 2022, Matt Riddle failed WWE’s wellness policy a second time and was thus suspended for 60 days. To help him with his issues as well, the corporation sent him to rehab.

Following WrestleMania 39, he was kept off television until April due to a storyline injury.
