On her birthday, Ruby Rose decided to blackout from every social media platform because she wanted to be alone. The 37-year-old model left the following message on Instagram stories explaining why she is leaving the social media platform –
“If you have followed me for long enough you know I don’t acknowledge [my birthday]. I don’t celebrate that day. That day has never been a celebration. Some have tried but it was never a celebration at the time and nor is it now. So please leave it for me this year.”
From the message, it seems like Ruby is not one to throw a gala on her birthday by inviting everyone she knows. Rather, she likes to disappear from everywhere and isolate herself to avoid any sort of unwanted attention. And this year, she did the same and disappeared from Instagram.
