Among Us Updates: For the past year or two, Among Us has been loved so much by users, the developers wouldn’t have thought the game would ever get such recognition. And now a new color is coming for the players.
Innersloth has tweeted that Among Us will include the color, Gray. The addition would be present in the big, 15-player update that would come in 2021. This would give players an extra choice. This update would feature in late 2021.
It may be said that the lockdown turned out to be a boon for Innersloth. The game quickly rose in popularity in the COVID-19 shutdown. The game was available since 2018. The format of the game, which is quite simple as well as interesting at the same time, has attracted many.
Developers have now dedicated themselves to updating the game. Though they also have plans to bring a sequel out of the same.
Though this is true that Among Us resembles a game like Mafia, the presence of mods has helped the latter to have an edge over Mafia. And with all the mods which are available for Among Us, new colors have become just a nominal charge.
Among Us Gray Color
ScreenRantAccording to Innersloth, when the 15-player update goes live, the new color would be available as well. In addition to this, a new Rose color is also coming to Among Us. This would be available in June. The tweet has also promised that more information would be given during this year’s Summer Game Fest.
Not only PC and mobile but Among Us may soon be available to be played on consoles as well. The developers are expanding the game’s reach with new console editions. These would come in the latter part of 2021.
Though the mods may not be supported in the console versions, which would for sure, decrease the beauty of this game. For those who don’t know, the Nintendo Switch version of the game has already released in December 2020.
Some reports suggest that Among Us could have about 500 million players between the PC, Switch, and mobile versions of the game.
The Game is really a unique game. It gives players a chance to connect and play party games together without even being in the same room, which is perfect for a situation like the COVID-19 pandemic. Let’s hope these new updates and colors increase the game’s fun, and bring it close to the rather excellent modded versions of the game.
