“This is Puma Korea. We would like to express our opinion regarding the incident that happened on the set when NCT 127 was filming for a campaign.

On December 9, NCT 127 members Johnny, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Taeil were taking part in a brand campaign shoot as Asia-Pacific region ambassadors for “Puma” when they were involved in an accident.

Following that, Johnny, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo were taken to a nearby hospital where they are currently undergoing extensive medical checks. SM Entertainment will make a detailed announcement of the examination results for the members as soon as possible.

Thankfully, Taeil just had minor wounds and had no desire to go to the hospital. Per his wishes, Taeil is simply resting.

Puma Korea accepts full responsibility for the unfortunate accident and we’ll work hard to determine what went wrong and ensure that such an occurrence does not happen again.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our deepest regrets to SM Entertainment and its affiliates for the situation, as well as to the fans who must have been shocked to hear the news affecting their beloved singers.

Additionally, “Puma Korea” pledges to support NCT 127 members Johnny, Jaehyun, and Jungwoo in any manner necessary to hasten their recovery.”
