Cobra Kai Season 5 Release Date: Is It Releasing In September 2022?
Netflix has stated that Cobra Kai Season 5 will be available on the streaming service on September 9, 2022. The date was revealed during a live event that was held at the Netflix is a Joke festival in Los Angeles. The festival was hosted by Netflix.
The Microsoft Theater had a special performance for Cobra Kai on May 5, 2022. Along with teasing some things regarding season 5, showing an alternative ending for season 4, and having a good time all around, the majority of the cast was there and participated in games.
Cobra Kai Season 5 Production Timeline
According to Josh Heald, the writer’s room for season 5 gathered as early as July 2021. The 20th of September, 2021, was the first day of filming, and it lasted until the 19th of December, 2021.
The co-creators of Cobra Kai, Jon Hurwitz, and Josh Heald, announced on Twitter that they had finished the fifth season by posting a photo.
Atlanta, Georgia, served as the primary location for the show’s filming once more. On the other hand, this season will take us all over the world as we follow Miguel on his journey to Mexico in quest of his biological father. In the intervening time, Jon Hurwitz has verified that those episodes of season 5 were shot in Puerto Rico.
