Never Have I Ever Season 4 Renewal Status
Never Have I Ever is an American coming-of-age comedy-drama television series created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, starring Maitreyi Ramakrishnan. Even though it is set in the San Fernando Valley, the show is loosely based on Kaling’s childhood experiences in the Boston area.
On April 27, 2020, it will be available on Netflix. Netflix renewed the series for a second season on July 1, 2020, with the premiere date set for July 15, 2021.
On August 19, 2021, Netflix renewed the series for a third season, which was released on August 12, 2022, and consists of ten episodes, and a fourth and final season is set to premiere in 2023.

Why is Never Have I Ever coming to an end after season 4?
Soon after announcing that season 4 of Never Have I Ever would be the final season, co-creator Mindy Kaling explained to Entertainment Tonight why she felt it was the right time to end Devi’s journey after season 4.
“Four seasons for a high school show felt like it made sense. They can’t be in high school forever. We’ve seen those shows,” Mindy told the publication.
“Like, you’ve been in high school for 12 years. So what is going on here? Also, the actors get older, and it starts looking insane that a 34-year-old is playing a 15-year-old.”
What Might Happen in Season 4?
Devi’s love life takes another dramatic turn at the end of season 3. Devi makes a major life decision in the final episode, following her brief relationship with Paxton and her other brief romance with Des.
Devi decides not to finish her high school years at the prestigious Shrubland School and instead spends one more year at home with her family and friends at the end of the season. Devi, who has broken up with both Paxton and Des, laments to Ben that she will die a virgin. Ben then jokingly hands her a handwritten “One Free Boink” card.
Devi understood that she still had feelings for Ben in the final episode. She arrives at Ben’s house and presents him with the “One Free Boink” card. The episode ends without revealing whether or not Devi and Ben had sex.
Season 4 will almost certainly focus on Devi’s final year of high school and the state of her relationship with Ben following the finale episode’s shocking revelation.
