Moon Knight: Release Date

Moon Knight

At present we don’t have an official release date. But, we can safely say that 2021 won’t be the year it gets released because Marvel and Disney+ have just booked three MCU shows for that year. It is very likely that the series won’t be rushed for a late 2021 launch, and will most probably get a 2022 release.

Moon Knight: Cast

Marvel cast Oscar Isaac as the Moon Knight lead in late October 2020. He’s an American actor and the only one contending for the role.

Isaac is most popular for depicting Poe Dameron in the Star Wars sequels. He recently won a Golden Globe Award for his lead role in the 2015 series Show Me a Hero. Isaac rose to popularity with his exceptional roles in Inside Llewyn Davis, Ex Machina, and A Most Violent Year.

Story Details

In Marvel Comics, Marc Spector initially works for a world-class group of the U.S. Marines and later turns into a hired soldier. After an Egyptian mission turned out wrong, he’s saved by the moon god Khonshu.

Back in America, Marc Spector inevitably takes on different alias and later procures superpowers because of the changing periods of the moon. On account of his ever-changing characters, it’s isn’t clear what’s happening in his mind, or what really happened to him previously.
