And after leaving the centre both the beautiful ladies were spotted entering into a car together which indicates that they both were there for an outing together.
Apart from the plastic surgery center, they were also spotted at the Inn at The Retreat at Split Rock, and Central is famous for having luxury, leisure time, and fun all in one place. So probably the actresses were there to spare some time for their well-being.
