What Are the Players About?

Players
Netflix

“Mack (Rodriguez) has spent years planning successful hookup “plays” with best friend Adam & their crew,” according to the official logline of Players.

While it has led to numerous one-night stands over time, adhering to their playbook comes with an exhaustive list of ground rules, the most important of which is that you cannot build a relationship from a play. Mack begins to rethink the game when she unexpectedly falls for her most recent target, handsome war correspondent Nick.

As the lines between work, fun, friendship, and romance become more and more blurred, Mack has to figure out what it takes to move from just scoring to playing for keeps.”

The newly revealed images show Ellis as Nick enjoying a romantic late-night talk with Mack, probably outside her home. Other photos show Mack drinking a beer with her friends and the gang enjoying what appears to be a fashionable soirée, which might be the ideal setting to put their dating tactics to the test.
