It all happened when Kelly Clarkson was sharing all these words on one of the episodes of Angie Martinez’s IRL podcast. She said: “I want them to be honest, so I don’t ever say, ‘Oh God, don’t tell me that.’
But a lot of times it would be like, ‘You know, I’m just really sad. I wish Mommy and Daddy were in the same house.’ And they’re really honest about it. And I’m raising that kind of individual.”
Kelly Clarkson has married her former manager who is 45 at the time. Their marriage lasted from 2013 to 2021 and finally went with a divorce which was not at all easy.
When it comes to feeling the emotions of their children then the singer can understand it well as she was also from a divorced family and that sucks. And that’s the reason why the singer wanted to work it out as they both were loved by their parents.
Kelly Clarkson further said: “I think communicating with them and not treating them — not treating them like an adult, because they’re not — but not treating them like a child. They’re not small feelings. Those are huge feelings, and those are huge emotions.”
Kelly Clarkson has two children with this marriage in which the eldest one is 8 year old named River. Coming to the next child then he is 6-year-old Remi.
Talking about her divorce then the singer herself talked about it how things went tough through the times. And it was the only solution left for the couple to go with.
