Outer Banks Season 3 John and Sarah Find the Gold?

The conclusion of Outer Banks season 3 wraps out the main plotlines and establishes the following season. Outer Banks returns to Netflix over two years after the last season’s release to continue where season 2 left off.

Following a failed effort to obtain the Cross of Santo Domingo, The Pogues’ quest to escape home puts them right in the center of the hunt for the fabled city of El Dorado.

The Cameron family is battling for legacy, John B and Big John’s reunion, and the Pogues’ budding relationships are all part of the difficult path.

Throughout three seasons of Outer Banks, the Pogues group has endured several close calls, but the season 3 finale saw the deaths of several characters, including Big John and Ward Cameron (Charles Esten).

The ending required us to say goodbye to John B and Sarah’s dads after they managed to flee and fake their deaths throughout three seasons.

The former tragically passed away from his gunshot wound, and the Pogues bury him in the bush after the father expresses his pride in his son and their accomplishment of his decades-long ambition.

Ward Cameron collaborates with Singh throughout the conclusion, but as one of Singh’s goons threatens to shoot Sarah, he abruptly switches sides.

Ward rushes on the gunman to protect his daughter, but in doing so, they both fall to their deaths down a cliff.

When Big John, John B, and Sarah managed to flee, Ward and his reliable weapon awaited them. The rest of the Pogues arrived at that point. After promising “P4L,” JJ, Kie, Pope, and Cleo rushed Ward. Yet, in the end, Sarah confronted her father and seized his pistol.

It’s unfortunate since he could have used that. Another El Dorado seeker, Ryan (Lou Ferrigno Jr.), appeared immediately after Ward put his rifle down and threatened to shoot Big John.

Ward performed a rare act of bravery at that time. Ryan has pushed down a cliff by Ward as he races toward him. The Ward Cameron series is now complete. Regrettably, he wasn’t the only father to pass away in the epilogue.

Big John couldn’t make it despite their best attempts to carry him to safety. However, he told John B to keep Sarah close and that “you were the finest son any man could dream for” before he passed away.

A celebration honoring John B, Sarah, JJ, Kie, Pope, and Cleo for discovering El Dorado marked the conclusion of Outer Banks Season 3. Yes, the rejected Pogues rose to fame as local heroes. But, they all moved on with their lives, John B nonchalantly said.

Pope enrolled in school, Kie began protecting turtles, and JJ acquired a charter vessel. John B is currently managing a surf store. Yet the journey still needs to be completed.
