The first season of Record of Ragnarok featured the first three battles between the Gods and Humanity: Thor vs. Lu Bu, Zeus vs. Adam, and Poseidon vs. Kojira Saski. This marked the beginning of the tournament of Ragnarok. At the end of the first season of the anime, the Gods were in the lead thanks to wins by Thor, Zeus, and Kojiro Saski over Poseidon and his respective opponents.

The fights between Shiva and Raiden Tameemon and Hercules vs. Jack the Ripper in part 1 of the second season both ended in wins for Shiva and Jack the Ripper. The Gods prevailed in these encounters, giving them a 3-2 advantage.

Regarding the sixth match, it’s planned that the second season’s second half will focus mostly on it. Even though Buddha is indeed chosen by Zeus to be the sixth representative of the Gods, at the end of the first section, Buddha is seen to be standing in for humanity as he is about to take against Zerofuku in the sixth round of the Ragnarok tournament.

The Gods’ Council meets once per millennium to discuss what will happen to humankind. After deliberating for seven million years, they have concluded that the history of humanity is beyond redemption, which provides a reason for their eradication.

The gods agree to organize the Ragnarok tournament, where humanity will be spared if they can defeat the gods in seven out of thirteen bouts, but the valkyrie Brunhilde suggests giving humanity one final chance to prove their worth.

The Einherjar are historical figures that embody humanity. Each Einherjar is given a valkyrie that transforms into a strong weapon called a “Volund,” customized to the user’s fighting style, with the possibility of losing her life if the person is killed.

Adam receives a unique weapon in the upcoming second season of Record of Ragnarok, as was already mentioned. In this instance, he receives a “Divine” knuckleduster that is imbued with a Valkryie spirit.

He wields this weapon to terrible effect against Zeus thanks to his lightning-fast reactions and quickness. Adam’s “Divine Reflection,” which he has as a result of being created in God’s likeness, gives him the ability to imitate enemies’ attacks.

Jack The Ripper’s Power In Record Of Ragnarok

Record Of Ragnarok Season 3

When compared to Heracles, Jack doesn’t appear to be the fiercest fighter due to his fancy attire and lack of bulging muscles, but he actually has a lot of secret abilities. He is an expert at strategizing and using stealth to creep up on his opponent and fire before retiring once more.

Jack The Ripper from Record of Ragnarok is surprisingly resilient and can continue battling while taking heavy hits and wounds. He is also an expert with knives and other sharp things, as seen by the brutality of his murdering techniques.

His “Soul Eye,” which enables him to see into people’s souls and perceive their emotions as colors, is one of his most powerful abilities. This enables him to interpret the motives of a foe and influence or fool them appropriately.
