Emma Watson Stuns In a Prada Lace Dress and Tailored Jacket Combo

At a recent public appearance, Emma Watson rocked her usual understated elegance, opting for a sleek and edgy blazer and mini dress as she enjoyed being photographed. The Harry Potter actress also rocked the socks and heels trend, something mogul Kim Kardashian would probably approve of.

Emma Watson was in London, the UK for the official launch of Prada Paradox, the brand’s latest fragrance and the one she is the face of. Of course, the actress donned an outfit from the legendary designer opting for a floral and lace mini-dress that flashed on her toned legs and featured the PRADA logo on the chest.

The white collared dress was a feminine cut but Emma wore a neutral and gray jacket with an androgynous edge to it.

The star also wore dark gray socks and black Mary Jane heels as she clutched a sparkling silver Prada bag.

“I think it was a coincidence that Prada came to me with this project. It was around this time that I decided in my mind and in my head that I wanted to direct something. I found the concept of being a woman who is a paradox so interesting.”

“Something that really stuck with me when I was sent the fragrance idea was that Prada is about counter-narratives. And I was immediately like, ‘Oh my god, that’s me. That’s how I feel.’ I feel like I’m always running against the tide,” she added.

In an Instagram share that also gave a shout-out to Prada, Emma let her army of followers know how it all went down.

“When Prada asked me to be the face of their new fragrance campaign, I asked them if I could direct it. Months later and I am able to share the results of the faith they shared in me with all of you,” she wrote.

“I can’t wait to share this piece of my art and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did create it. I could never have done it without my incredible team of collaborators. Thank you for your time, commitment, talent, and passion, ” she added.
