With the much-awaited ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ on the way to arriving on Prime Video, September of 2022 is definitely going to be a big one for Amazon Prime.

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power-
Amazon Studios has bought, based on the renowned fantasy book ‘The Lord of the Rings as well as the appendices written by J. R. R. Tolkien, this upcoming fantasy series that showrunners Patrick McKay and J. D. Payne have developed for Prime Video.
The plot of this series is set thousands of years before the incidents of both ‘The Hobbit and ‘The Lord of the Rings and delves into Middle-earth which is marked by significant incidents whose consequences affected the story of ‘The Hobbit and ‘The Lord of the Rings.

What’s coming on September 9 on Prime Video:
Flight / Risk-
Directed by Karim Amer and Omar Mullick this documentary features regular people facing the global tragedy of two Boeing 737 Max planes crashing in 2018 and 2019 with five months between the two incidents.
What’s coming on September 16:
Goodnight Mommy-
Matt Sobel has directed this upcoming horror mystery crime thriller movie that centers around two brothers who come to the house of their mother only to find out that something is not normal there.
The movie is a remake of the popular psychological horror film of Australia that was released in 2014 and has been Australia’s entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 88th Academy Awards though it did not get nominated.
What’s coming on September 21:
Prisma-
This upcoming Italian series is a coming-of-age story involving the themes of identity, physical appearance, aspirations, and s*xual orientation which are portrayed through a number of Latina teenagers.
The plot primarily focused on two teenagers named Andrea and Marco, who, though are physical twins, are very different from each other, embarking upon the journey of self-discovery.
