In 2018 an ACLU staffer wrote Amber Heard’s Washington post-op-ed where she was described as a public figure representing domestic abuse.

Later, an ACLU communications strategist named Robin Shulman wrote an email to Heard expressing how he tried to gather her fire and analysis and then shape it into an op-ed form.

There were three other staffers that were involved in drafting and who revised the piece.

Heard requested the op-ed to be published shortly after her movie titled “Aquaman” is released in order to capitalize on the publicity.

Johnny Depp while talking about the Infamous Defecation Incident, told the court that Heard had only paid $1.3 of the $3.5 million that she had promised publicly for the charity.

However, when Dougherty asked her for the next payment in 2019 she denied it saying that she had a financial crisis.

Also, Depp’s manager clarified that the former had paid the complete divorce settlement to Heard in 2018.

A forensic and clinical psychologist from Depp’s side testified that Heard has Borderline personality disorder and histrionic personality disorder.

Curry further added that people who have HPD often tend to be the center of attention and if it does not happen they make stories on their own or play the victim card.

Alejandro Romero, the doorman of the couple, confirmed that he interacted with Heard after 4 days of the infamous cellphone fight and said that there were no marks or bruises on her face.

While Heard accused Depp of hitting her face with a cellphone on May 21, 2016, the 2 responding officers said that they did not see any injuries on her head. However, they did admit that they did not take contemporaneous notes and that the couple’s apartment was dimly lit.

When Heard went to a Los Angeles courthouse, six days later, she had bruises under her right eye. This has been described by Depp’s team as a Hoax.

Laura Wesser, who is his divorce lawyer of Depp, confirmed that she received a letter from Heard’s attorney. It read that Depp had violently attacked Heard and also requested that a private and amicable resolution should be given to all the problems.

It further demanded that Depp should give access to his Black Range Rover to Heard and 3 downtown Los Angeles penthouses apart from the $100, 000 as legal fees and $ 25,000 as domestic fees.

Wasser also pointed out that without any warning Spector and Heard marched into a Los Angeles courthouse on May 27 to obtain a restraining order against Depp.

Ed white who is the business manager of Depp told the court that Depp had paid a total of $14,250,000 in the divorce settlement.

White also said that Heard’s demand did not end there. It increased continuously during the negotiations. It began at $4 million and went to $6.8 million going only to her pocket, $500,000 to her lawyers, and $7,250,000 in community liabilities.

The trial will resume on Monday and maybe a stand will be taken sometime next week.
