RDR 2 was released almost 2 years ago. After two years it would seem that fans have explored every nook and corner in RDR 2’s main story. However, recently a player stumbled across a glitched money box in the graveyard near the Shady Belle hideout.
Players of the game have taken to making fun of their own, uncovering new ways to go through different tasks and operations. For example, one player recently found a more brutal way to assure Mycah’s escape from the jail in Strawberry. Some players have taken to expanding the existing content by developing PC mods.
One such modification added canine companions to the experience; another player managed to recreate 16 out of 24 outfits that John Marston wears in the original Red Dead Redemption. But these modifications and creative loopholes aren’t the only ways to push the prequel to its limits. Once in a while, players come across some glitches in the Red Dead Redemption 2 which proves to be equally beneficial.

A player of RDR 2, recently shared on Reddit that they discovered a hidden lockbox in Shady Belle. The money box in question holds money and jewelry and is located near the graveyard by the swamp. The money box has an apparent glitch that makes the money replenish daily.
Other Reddit users have confirmed that the money box glitch is true and can be found at any point during RDR 2 main campaign and epilogue chapter.
Even though it is not clear how much money the box gets replenished daily, players would find the location useful. The in-game currency in Red Dead 2 is not only used for equipping the protagonist with outfits and weapons but also for buying horses and some must-have goods.
Rockstar Games and publisher Take-Two Interactive released Red Dead Redemption 2 in 2018, eight years after the release of the first game in the franchise. Considering the long gap between the 2 games in Red Dead Redemption franchise, it looks like the fans of the game will have to wait a long time to get a third entry. New reports suggest that Rockstar won’t release GTA VI until 2025, therefore, there isn’t any way knowing when the next entry if Red Dead will be ready for Primetime.
