Pokémon Go Updates: For the upcoming Community day (July 3), Unova Fire-type starter Tepig is announced in the spotlight. Even though the Tepig is less-like among the starters because of its fiery swine being the third Fire/Fighting starter three generations in a row, every pig will get its day.

Last month on June’s community day, Dragon/Ground Pokémon Gible was featured. Gible is a rare Pokémon in the game, however, on June 6 all the players obtained the Gible which will move Earth Power with Ease. In mainline games and, the Starter Pokémon is a rare encounter.

It becomes a more tedious process to collect all the starters while more and more starter from each generation is dropping into Niantic’s mobile game over time.

Niantic announced that on June 2021’s community day, Tepig will staring on July 3 from 11 am to 5 pm local time. Blast burn will be the special move that Tepig will know. As usual, there will be purchasable special research tasks and a Community Day box.

The Stardust earned from catching Pokémon will be multiplied by three and, Lure modules and Incenses will also last up to 3 hours.

After Snivy, Tepig is the 2nd Unova starter Pokémon to be stared on the community day. Some community days were dedicated to all of the starter Pokémon pre-gen V. Their special moves include Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, and Hydro cannon.

While considering this pattern, we can surely tell that Oshawott will have a Community Day dedicated to it soon.

The upcoming community day in lifespan is very controversial as the game is undoing most of the changes introduced in the Pandemic.

Some fans stand against these changes, however, it is believed that the upcoming Community day will bring the fans together once again. Ultimately, the game always brings the fans together to catch certain Pokémon in the game.
