Apple Watch 7 Updates:  Apple is yet to confirm the progress and development of the most awaited Apple Watch 7. Apple already offers a range of health–related features with the existing Apple Watch models.

The Next-generation smartwatch, by apple, is likely to be called as Apple Watch 7, apart from a notch up in technological advancement, there are tips that the watch features a new sensor to monitor blood sugar levels. It appears that the rumor might have been true after Apple started surveying customers about their daily habits using the company’s smartwatches. Apple surveyed about third-party apps for managing health data. The survey provides an option for using the third-party apps for managing the health data which included activated like tracking workouts, monitoring eating habits, hydration, and nutrition, along with health care (medication and monitoring blood sugar levels).

While these reports do state that they are working on a new smartwatch but there are no clear suggestions that the feature of monitoring blood sugar level will be out with the launch of the next-generation smartwatch Apple Watch 7, though the company has teased the upcoming developments via surveys, for instance, Apple surveyed users regarding their chargers before deciding to discard chargers from iPhone and Watch packing.

According to the reports in January, the Samsung Galaxy Watch might come with features that can measure blood sugar levels, Back in 2020 Samsung developed a system for monitoring blood glucose levels using a method called Raman Spectroscopy. The process uses lasers to identify the chemical composition to monitor blood sugar levels. Even during the 2021 CES a smartwatch made by a Japanese company called Quantum Operations presented a prototype that came with a spectroscopy system and gave out blood sugar level reading in less than 20 seconds, thus suggesting that Samsung will be coming up with this feature on its smartwatch.
