Sarah Paulson drops hints about her new American Horror Story Season 10 character

American Horror Story Season 10 Updates: In the upcoming tenth season of Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story, Sarah Paulson is getting ready to play a new role.

For her appearance as Nurse Mildred Ratched in the Netflix series Ratched, Paulson recently earned a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress in a TV Series Drama.

And speaking to The Wrap, with the exception of a recognizable image about her look, Paulson revealed no detail about her new character in American Horror Story.

She also clarified that in the latest American Crime Drama, she is currently shooting her part as Linda Tripp, and how she can juggle filming both shows at the same time.

Well, here’s the thing, she didn’t launch the horror story. We’re just into episodes one and two, and we’re just about to launch three Crime Story episodes. While Horror Story is firing, because of what she is doing on Crime Story, they haven’t been able to get me yet, she said.

But in a minute or two, it’s going to continue to be in front of me, struggling to do both at the same time. So she doesn’t know what it’s like to play the gal she playing in this year’s Horror Film, but she can assure you she’s looking forward to it.

Paulson said that her role would sound familiar as she has elements of a few individuals wrapped into her to illustrate what her American Horror Story character is like for season 10.

Paulson revealed, talking about her new hair for the role that But the most exciting thing for me is that I get a hair color that I’ve never had on the show, nor have I ever had it in life, and it’s something that she has always dreamed of doing, never done.

Born in Tampa, Florida, after her parents’ divorce, Paulson was raised there and later in New York City. Before starring in the short-lived television shows American Gothic (1995–1996) and Jack & Jill (1999–2001), she began her acting career after high school in New York stage productions.

She also starred in comedy films including What Women Want (2000) and Down with Love (2003), as well as in drama films such as Road to War (2002) and The Infamous Bettie Page (2005).
