Legacies Season 3: Lizzie Is Finally Addressing Her Feelings for MG

Legacies Season 3 Updates: Legacies’ star Jenny Boyd aka Lizzie Saltzman proposed that she might address her feelings for Milton Greasley, her vampire friend in the upcoming season.

Towards the end of season 2, Lizzie fakes her death and plans her false funeral. That state actually reveals the true colors of her classmates, their feelings concerning her.

This probably marks a turning point in her life that literally has her jolted. That is even when she realizes that she still has a lot of work to do which symbolizes a point of inflection in her life. This is explained by Boyd in an interview available on the CW’s YouTube Channel.

Boyd extends it by disclosing that as the series moves forward and gains momentum, so does the bond between Lizzie and MG with increasing significance. The realization that MG is the only person who believes in her more than anyone else actually leads her towards the revelation that she might have feelings for him.

MG’s kindling love for Lizzie was quite obtrusively portrayed since the first season. However, taking advantage of it, Lizzie has somehow exploited his loyalty. Their relationship went through a literal metamorphosis after Lizzie siphons power from MG by kissing him.

Planning and executing the plan for her fake death acts as an eye-opener for Lizzie. MG‘s efforts to run to her defense every time when the classmates complain about or speak ill of her sprouts the feeling in her.

She acknowledges and appreciates him by writing an acclamation for him as a token of her gratitude. This moment marks the development of intensity between the two.

Boyd’s disclosure and comments about Lizzie and MG’s bond came after The CW revealed that the musical episode that was previously supposed to air during the second season will now be premiered in the threequel.

This postponement is the result of a shutdown due to a coronavirus pandemic. The episode is actually meant to pay tribute to both The Vampire Diaries and The Originals.

Legacies stars Danielle Rose Russell, Jenny Boyd, Kaylee Bryant, Quincy Fouse, Aria Shahghasemi, Peyton Alex Smith, Matt Davis, Chris Lee, Ben Levin, and Leo Howard. Season 3 of Legacies premieres on Jan. 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
