Only Murders In the Building Season 4 is all set to be released on Hulu in a few months, and here are the details you need to know about the upcoming series.
The latest teaser brings back Steve Martin, Martin Short, & Selena Gomez as they gear up to hunt down another murderer.
The Season 4 teaser of Only Murders in the Building features ten new and returning cast members as the series takes a Hollywood twist for its next murder investigation.
The successful Hulu series follows three friends, Charles, Oliver, and Mabel, who run a true-crime podcast focused on murders in their building, the upscale Arconia on the Upper West Side.
In the Season 3 finale, Charles’ stunt double Sazz (Jane Lynch) is fatally shot in his apartment by an unknown assailant, setting the stage for the central murder case in Season 4 of Only Murders in the Building.

As the new teaser kicks off, amateur investigators Charles Haden-Savage (Martin), Oliver Putnam (Short), and Mabel Mora (Gomez) are discussing the next season of their true-crime podcast.
Oliver indicates they need to track down another murder in the building — only to find just that in the (dead) form of Sazz Pataki (Jane Lynch), Charles’ long-term stunt double. He was killed by a sniper in the final moments of last season’s finale.
But the team’s focus isn’t just on finding her killer; they’ve been invited to Hollywood by a studio interested in bringing their podcast to the big screen.
However, if they expect Charles’ Hollywood skills to help them close the deal, they are in for an unpleasant shock when we witness the former star of cheesy cop program Brazzos spectacularly botch negotiations with studio head Molly Shannon.
The teaser also introduces viewers to season 4’s suspects, including Shannon, who plays “a high-powered LA entrepreneur who finds herself entangled into every aspect of the case in New York.”
There are also appearances by Levy, Longoria, Galifianakis, & Nanjiani, who will probably play more suspects in Sazz’s murder. While much about the next episodes is unclear, the Only Murders in the Building season 4 teaser promises the “starriest season yet” when the series heads to Hollywood.

Who Will Be Appearing in Only Murders in the Building, Season 4?
The teaser trailer also showed a previously announced fourth-season guest star: Melissa McCarthy. The actor, best known for her roles in the comedy films Bridesmaids. She joins an impressive ensemble guest cast that already includes comedy icons Eugene Levy (Schitt’s Creek), Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover trilogy), as well as Richard Kind (Spin City), along with Eva Longoria and Kumail Nanjiani, among others.
As shown in the teaser, Oscar winner Meryl Streep returns for Season 4 after making an appearance the previous season. Streep portrays Loretta Durkin, an underdog performer and Oliver’s love interest in his Broadway show Death Rattle Dazzle.
