At the center of the posh, Elizabethan-era ballroom will be our prized wallflower (and of course, secret scandal writer), Penelope Featherington, and her long-time crush and best friend Colin Bridgerton. This means that we’re officially shipping #Polin!

When Is the Bridgerton Season 3 Coming on Netflix?
The Bridgerton Season 3 of the series will be split into two parts with 4 episodes each. Part 1 premieres on May 16th, followed by Part 2 which will hit screens on June 13th.

What Is the Season 3 All About?
After the second season’s iconic Featherington Ball, Penelope is left heartbroken after overhearing Colin gossip about his best friend in a rather unfair manner – he mentioned that he would never court her, and poor Penelope is left without a friend – in terms of Colin and Eloise.
According to the official synopsis, Penelope returns as a new person. She is ready to give up on her love for Colin, but that doesn’t mean she’s DONE with love. Instead, she decides that it’s time for her to take a husband – preferably one who will give her enough freedom to continue her passion (her double life as Lady Whistledown!), far away from the judging and prying eyes of society and her family.
Meanwhile, Colin has returned from his summer travels with a serious sense of swagger but he is rather upset to realize that Penelope is in fact ‘over him’. Eager to win her friendship back, Colin offers to mentor her self-confidence to help find a husband for her – but turns out, he’s grappling and battling his feelings for his friend.
