A$AP Rocky Spotted on Hearing On Monday In Los Angeles!

Rakim Mayers, aka A$AP Rocky, is currently being charged for allegedly shooting his ex-companion Relli in Hollywood, CA in November of last year. He was seen for the hearing for this case on Monday in Los Angeles.

A$AP Rocky is to be charged with discharging a semi-automatic weapon. Justice M.L. Villar decided there was enough evidence to go to trial, allowing the rapper to face the charges.

Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, believes his client is innocent. During the trial, Detective Frank Flores presented additional security footage, which the prosecution said was connected to the alleged shooting.

But Flores acknowledged that Rocky had a gun at the time of the incident and trial and that no weapon was ever found during the interrogation.

Joe Tacopina, Rocky’s lawyer, is confident that he will be cleared out of all accusations. New evidence in the surveillance video was shown during the hearing, and it includes two loud pops which the prosecutors have claimed that it is the alleged shooting.

Two days later, Rocky handed over the unprinted shell casings he had gotten from the scene. The date for Rocky’s trial will be January 8th.

On 10th August 2022 Relli sued Rocky for assault, battery, and causing emotional distress in a civil lawsuit. Rocky has denied all claims.

After an argument with Relli, he claimed that a bullet fragment hit him, and went to a New York City hospital for treatment.

Fortnight afterward, Relli became a party to an encompassing phone conversation with his friend, Rocky who was speaking at loud volume. From a video surveillance, Rocky was seen approaching Relli and pushing him away.

Rocky extended his gratitude to his fans, friends, and supporters on Instagram when his conviction was announced six weeks after his arrest.

In the case against, he maintains that he is innocent and denies claims that he shot Relli, insisting that he was the one who was extorted. Relli is now seeking compensation for bulks of over $25,000 in punitive and general damages alongside additional medical bills.
