For the fifth and final season of Stranger Things on Netflix, the cast is reportedly getting a significant salary hike. The cast engaged with the show’s producers to discuss adequate compensation. With new actors added each season, the cast of Stranger Things has grown extensively.

Hike in Stranger Things Season 5 Cast Members Salary.
The salary has been divided for actors according to tiers. In accordance with the salary revelation, Harbour and Ryder will receive $9.5 million each. The tier two actors will get $7 million in total. Tier two comprises Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, and Sadie Sink.
Tier three actors will get around $6 million which are Joe Keery, Natalia Dyer, Maya Hawke, and Charlie Heaton.
The remaining cast comes under tier four and they will receive a bit less than all these tiers except actress Millie Bobby Brown. The Enola Holmes star’s salary deal is not revealed yet and as per the speculations, she has a separate and overall deal with Netflix for her pay.
Millie and the other Stranger Things cast made roughly $30,000 per episode in the first two seasons, reaching $510,000. However, the actors negotiated hikes, and she now earns roughly $250,000 per episode, increasing her total earnings to $2,510,000 approximately.
Stranger Things 5 will be the series’ final season, as stated by the Duffer Brothers in February 2022. The season, which involved nearly two years of filming, visual effects, and a runtime twice as long as the previous season, was regarded as the most difficult yet gratifying.
The decision to break the season into two parts was made due to the season’s unusual duration and to offer fans a timely release.
Stranger Things Season 5 is expected for released in early to mid-2024. Despite the visual effects demands and the demanding schedules of the cast, the creators, the Duffer brothers, predicted a shorter wait.
The season will begin with a bang, with characters already in action and pursuing a goal. The end will be longer, and the series finale will have eight endings. The entire number of episodes is unknown.
Season 5 of Stranger Things will be the last one, but the Duffer brothers assure to come with more exciting stories and new adventures.
