Sister Death Official Trailer Breakdown!

The Official Trailer for Netflix’s ‘Sister Death’ Looks Scarier Than ‘The Nun‘. Fans of the horror genre know that the Catholic Church is a significant go-to institution when there is an episode of possession.

So what happens when these evil forces attack people supposed to help? What happens when no amount of praying will rescue you? Sister Death (Hermana Muerte) will cause a few shocks this October.

A new teaser for a spiritual horror has been released ahead of its debut at this year’s Sitges Film Festival and subsequent distribution on streaming giant Netflix.

Sister Death | Official Trailer

The spooky two-minute trailer builds a frightening tone for the story ahead. We start with Narcissa (Aria Bedmar), a newcomer who has arrived at a girls’ school to become a teacher.

When someone knocks over a chair, her quiet, solemn stillness within the limits of her quarters is unexpectedly disrupted—the beginning of a long and perplexing adventure.

Drawings on the facility’s walls continue to capture the young teacher’s attention as she fights with her readiness for her new role.

Tragically, her students appear to be aware of a mysterious presence roaming the corridors of this school. This presence quickly marks Narcisa, and she is tortured by it and its various horrible manifestations.

Sister Death is a precursor to Netflix’s Veronica, which was recognized at the time as one of the scariest films in the recent past.

Veronica is loosely based on the mysterious death of Estefana Gutiérrez Lázaro, a young woman who died mysteriously after using an Ouija board in 1991, and tells the story of a young woman who tries to bring back the spirit of their deceased father through an Ouija ritual.

The role of Hermana Muerte, who Consuelo Trujillo played in the 2017 film, will be critical to the next prequel.

It’s crucial to note that Sister Death hasn’t yet been released, and this upcoming movie will be a ride. This official teaser sheds light on what is the “best” nun horror film out there. And this film improves on everything while establishing a new horror classic.
