Berlin Release Date Announced!!!

With A New Teaser Trailer, ‘Money Heist‘ Spinoff ‘Berlin’ Announces A Release Date.

Here’s all we know about the Money Heist spinoff’s release, cast, and narrative, with Pedro Alonso returning his role as Berlin.

Although Berlin was murdered at the end of Money Heist Part 2 (after being shot by police), Alonso continued to be a part of the program since the writers incorporated him in multiple flashbacks to explain other subplots.

It was an excellent strategy since it helped move the story ahead and enabled them to build up his spinoff by giving viewers a glimpse into Berlin’s background before he participated in the Royal Mint theft.

Viewers will finally learn how Andrés de Fonollosa became the legendary titular jewel thief now that he has his spinoff, Money Heist’s Berlin.

When will Berlin be released?

The Money Heist will be released in Berlin on December 29, 2023, and available exclusively on Netflix. For quite some time, the spinoff has been confirmed. The proposed spinoff, like the original program, will have eight episodes.

What Will Be the Storyline?

Berlin

While Money Heist had multiple deep character arcs, Berlin’s narrative merely scraped the surface because the anti-hero was murdered early on.

However, owing to The Professor’s flashbacks and background material, the writers now have multiple options for the Money Heist’s Berlin narrative.

According to the content supplied by Netflix, the Money Heist spinoff will focus on one of Berlin’s twenty-seven successful thefts.

According to Netflix’s Official Synopsis:

Berlin
Yahoo News

Two things can change a bad day into a good one: love and a million-dollar payment. They are what keep Berlin going in his golden years when he has no idea of his sickness and hasn’t been imprisoned like a rat in the Spanish Mint.

This is when he begins planning one of his most remarkable heists: making gems worth 44 million vanish as if by magic. He’ll enlist the assistance of one of the three gangs he’s ever stolen from.

With Alonso also revealing during the presentation that Berlin will be taking place after the jewel thief’s third wife leaves him, the first glance also appears to imply that Berlin is yearning for love again.

This was verified in the first Money Heist Berlin teaser, which depicted him falling in love with their target’s wife, putting everything in peril.
