The expected release date for Netflix’s Selling the O.C. Season 2 is now here—and it’s coming sooner than you think.
After a dramatic first season centered on the real estate salespeople of the Oppenheim Group in the wealthy Southern California city of Orange County, Netflix’s Selling the O.C. is now back on the market and will return for season two on September 8!

Though we’re excited to watch how Chrishell and Nicole’s relationship develops, and we’re interested in what will happen now that Jason Oppenheim and Marie-Lou Nurk’s relationship has ended, we’re taking off from the Selling Sunset drama to focus on the franchise’s spinoff. From the sounds of it, Orange County is in for a lot of appealing content.
The cast members’ relationship is thrown up in the first teaser of Selling the O.C. Season 2 when an unfamiliar agent joins the team & Jason Oppenheim and Brett Oppenheim announce the firm’s most extensive listing.
In the teaser, Brett & Jason make their debut appearance to announce the team’s most exciting potential yet. “In Cabo San Lucas, we’ve made our first billion-dollar listing,” Jason tells the crew.
Fans who like the luxury of the O.C. need not fear. The trailer for this season shows the agents looking at numerous residences worth tens of millions of dollars – when they aren’t partying on a boat, of course.
While the mansions are beautiful, nothing compares to the drama between the buyers and sellers.
As tensions rise among the firm’s agents, a new cast member, Alexandra Harper, emerges. “She’ll ruffle a few feathers,” Polly Brindle predicts of her new employee.
In the final few seconds of the video, accusations fly as the stars struggle to reconcile taking on massive tasks with their egos and strong rivalry. “It’s time for it to go down,” Marshall says to her colleagues as things heat up.
