All conversations started with the talk of the series. And then it was later on move to the equal payment talk where Priyanka Chopra said she is working in this industry for almost 22 years but it is her first time getting equal pay. The actress said:

“I’ve been working in the entertainment industry for now 22 years, and I have done about almost 70-plus features and two TV shows.”

The actress went for it and concluded with a smile on her face and said: “kind of nuts. I put in the same amount of investment and work, but I get paid much less. But the ease with which Amazon Studios said, ‘That’s what you deserve, you are co-leads, that’s just fair,’ and I was like, ‘You’re right, it’s fair.”

Priyanka Chopra later on a question about a few things whether how these things happened or not. She wondered if it all happened because they were few female decision-makers in Hollywood or because things would differ if this conversation would not come to the point.

Coming to her upcoming series then it is opposite Richard Madden. The drama is coming on Amazon prime video which is going to release on 28 April 2023. It is made under a budget of $200 million coming with 7 episodes.
