Michelle Ashford and Esta Spalding have created this upcoming supernatural thriller series adapted from Anne Rice’s novel trilogy – ‘Lives of the Mayfair Witches.
The plot intensifies with a neurosurgeon discovering her true identity as an heiress to a dynasty of powerful witches who are haunted by a sinister spirit. The name of that neurosurgeon is Dr. Rowan Fielding.
Alexandra Daddario will be seen starring in the role of Dr. Fielding, the heiress to the titular Mayfair dynasty in the upcoming series. Other primary cast members include Harry Hamlin, Tongayi Chirisa, and Jack Huston. The series is set to release on AMC on January 8, 2023.
The Walking Dead: Dead City (Season 1)-
This upcoming post-apocalyptic horror drama series is adapted from the book series ‘The Walking Dead‘ and focuses on the characters Maggie and Negan. The series is set to be the fifth installment of The Walking Dead franchise and the fourth spin-off of the original series.
The plot revolves around Maggie and Negan in post-apocalyptic New York City where survivors have built their own world with all common aspects of civilization. Lauren Cohan and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will be seen starring as Maggie and Negan in the series. It is scheduled to premiere in April of 2023 on AMC.
Crystal Lake (Season 1)-
Stephen Dodson has directed this upcoming horror drama series that is a prequel series to the iconic franchise of ‘Friday the 13th‘. The plot revolves around a group of friends who go on a vacation only to find themselves in a series of dark connections with the past and the house they are staying in.
Emily Meissner, Frank Volpe, Karle Gwen, Jackie Watkins, Tyler Jones-Palmer, and Joe Tyler are the primary cast members of the series. It is set to be released in the United States in 2023.
The Fall of the House of Usher (Season 1)-
Mike Flanagan has created this upcoming horror miniseries adapted from Edgar Allan Poe’s same-named short story and other works too. Michael Fimognari has served as a director with Flanagan for this series.
Carl Lumbly will be seen portraying the character of Poe-created fictional detective C. Auguste Dupin in the series. Other primary cast members of the series include Bruce Greenwood playing Roderick Usher, Mary McDonnell playing Madeline Usher, Carla Gugino, Mark Hamill, Samantha Sloyan, etc.
