It was on 28 January 2023 when this news arrived like a hurricane. However, the incident happened on 27 January 2023. According to the statement arrived:
“On Friday, January 27 at 4:30 pm Ventura County Sheriff’s department was called to an intersection in Thousand Oaks California. When they arrived, they learned that Kanye ‘Ye’ West had taken a woman’s cell phone out of her hands and thrown it in the street.
the statement further goes: “He was not at the scene when we arrived. Mr. West is being investigated for robbery charges. There is an ongoing investigation into this matter. Officers were provided with video footage of the incident.”
It is not the first time that Kanye West is gotten involved in such a thing. It was not long ago when he was surrounded by his antisemitic comments which gave him many downs in his life. Many well-known brands who had collaborated decided to take down the collaboration and cut all ties with the rapper.
