The agency, JYP Entertainment even gave an official statement of Stray Kids not Being Healthy regarding this which follows as:

“Hello. This is JYP Entertainment.
We would like to let you know that on November 19th, members of Stray Kids Lee Know, Han, and Seungmin had been tested positive for COVID-19.
Lee Know and Han tested positive for COVID-19 when they used COVID-19 self-test kits on November 18 (Fri), after displaying minimal cold symptoms. The members went to the hospital that same day right away to get PCR testing done, and Lee Know, Han, and Seungmin’s results came positive for COVID-19.
Lee Know, Han, and Seungmin are following the government regulations by being quarantined and living separately from the other Stray Kids members. All the members of Stray Kids including Lee Know, Han, and Seungmin have received their third doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
With the exception of Lee Know, Han, and Seungmin, all five members have undergone PCR or rapid antigen testing by medical experts and have proven negative. All team members will keep an eye on their personal cleanliness and wellness.
Lee Know will therefore no longer be taking part in the program shown below. We kindly beg the patient fans for their understanding.
