Honey J Postpones Her Wedding Day.

The South Korean hip-hop dancer-choreographer Honey J postponed the date of her wedding in the light of the Itaewon accident. Honey J is the leader of the hip-hop dance crew Holy Bang as well as she was a former member of the Korean all-girl dance troupe Purplow.

On November 3, Honey J disclosed her wedding day was November 4 but now she has postponed the date to November 18.

She gave a statement, “The wedding, which was scheduled for November 4, has been postponed to November 18.” She further added to this, “I send my sincere condolences to the families of the victims of this abrupt tragedy [in Itaewon] and pray that they will find peace.

I pray for everyone’s safety and health, as well as for those who were hurt to make full recoveries.” The dancer has postponed her wedding keeping in mind the tragedy that had happened in Itaewon on Halloween celebration.

Currently, the whole of South Korea is in mourning for the people who passed away during the incident. Many celebrities came forward to help the victims of the tragedy.

The South Korean actress Lee Young Ae expressed her desire to assist the family of Juliana Park, a 25-year-old Russian foreigner who lived in Korea and was one of the 26 foreigners killed in the Itaewon tragedy, according to the Korea Welfare Foundation for the Disabled.

President Yoon Seok Yeol conducted a press conference at the Yongsan Presidential Office on October 30 KST to address the nation about the Itaewon disaster. He also declared a period of national mourning to start that day and run until November 5.

Honey J is best known as the leader of the crew Holy Bang. She joined the cast of the survival program Street Woman Fighter in 2021 and was the winner of it.

She worked as a dancer and choreographer for Jay Park and AOMG artists when she was a member of the dance group PURPLOW from 2011 until 2017. On August 28, 2022, she made her debut with “Honey Drop,” which featured Lil Cherry.
