Elissa Down has directed the upcoming American Netflix movie ‘Ivy & Bean’ which is based on the book of Annie Barrows. The plot of the movie revolves around two friends named Bean and Ivy.

Their different nature makes their friendship unlikely. Bean is characterized by loudness and lack of fear whereas Ivy is quiet and thoughtful. But when an adventure embarks upon the lives of Ivy and Bean, they realize that it is possible to become best friends even though nature does not seem to allow it.
