Spiderhead is an upcoming science-fiction movie starring Chris Hemsworth. The movie is directed by Joseph Kosinski and the writers are Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. The plot is adapted from the story “Escape from Spiderhead”.
Spiderhead is all set to release on Netflix on 17th June 2022.

The story revolves around two prisoners living in a society brawl with their past while they are trapped in a facility that allows the prisoners to reduce their prison sentence by coming forward for an experiment in which they use emotion-altering drugs.
All these experiments are handled by Steve Abnesti. Another Inmate Jeff comes in to help another prisoner named Rachel and tries to prevent the experiments on the prisoners and save her.
“Escape from Spiderhead” was published in 2010 in The New Yorker and in the collected short stories Tenth of December in 2013, by George Saunders. The movie was announced in February 2019 with Joseph Kosinski coming on board as director. In September 2020 Chris Hemsworth, Jurnee Smollett, and Miles Teller joined to play the main lead.
The movie got delayed due to Covid-19 Pandemic and some production issues, earlier it was slated to release in the fourth quarter of 2021 but now it is finally releasing on 17th June 2022. The trailer is yet to release and we are sure this series is going to be a sure-shot hit as it has one of the best actors and also the story is quite interesting.
