The long-running American police procedural TV Series ‘Law & Order’ is at the forefront of the list of legal dramas. Season 21 of the series is set to premiere on February 24 of 2022. After twenty long seasons the popularity of ‘Law & Order’, created by Dick Wolf, is still at the top. The cases that the show deals with are often inspired by real cases.

The episodes are divided into two halves. The first part or half of an hour deals with the investigation of a murder crime by New York City Police as well as the apprehension of suspects. The second part of the episode deals with the defendant’s prosecution by Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

Julianna Margulies plays the role of Alicia Florrick. The series in one sentence deals with the origin story of the famous attorney Perry Mason.
