Raising Dion, a series for television that has its origin in the American entertainment industry. The genre is a superhero and that is the reason why it is loved by many. It has also some science and also some adventure in bulk. It is Netflix that releases it. The drama is basically an adaptation of a comic book that came in the year 2015.
The comic book has the same name called Raising Dion. It is also a movie that has the same name as Raising Dion that influenced this series. The movie is by Dennis Liu. Carol Barbee is the one behind its creation. In terms of music then it is by Kris Bowes.
Raising Dion Season 2: Release Date
Raising Dion has released only one season and people have loved it a lot. This is the reason and intention behind the makers’ decision of renewing the series for the second one. The second season is renewed in the year 2020 on January. 4 October 2019 was the date when the season first came on Netflix and television.
It came with nine episodes. As per the makers, season two will be releasing soon this year, somewhere in mid of 2022. But now we know that it is not so. We will be getting season two on 1 February 2022.
Season one was very interesting and it revolves around a woman. The woman is Nicole. Nicole lives with Dion, her son. Dion is the child of her husband Mark who died. It is now only Nicole who is looking after her son and his responsibilities. It is quite hard for her to be a single mother and look after Dion on her own.
He has some magical thing. Dion soon discovers him being possessed with superhero qualities. To keep this superhero quality of her son a secret, she took help from Pat. Pat was the best friend of her late husband, Mark.
Everyone in the casting would be some as the season one except for Mark. Mark died and so we are not going to see him this time. The rest of the casts are: Alisha Wainwright must be Nicole Reese (she is the mother of magical boy Dion), Ja’Siah Young also as Dion Warren, Jazmyn Simon in the role of Kat Neese, Sammi Haney as Esperanza Jimenez, Jason Rutter must be as Oat Rolling (Mark’s friend), and Michael B Jordan in the character of Mark. We may see the mark as a memory.
Fans are definitely waiting for the episodes to be released and they are going to follow every episode.
