The people who live in Ravka are called Grisha and the reason to live there is they feel comfortable and safe there. They have been divided into two batches. Natural elements on the earth like wind, fire, and water will be under the control of Etherealki and some materials like metal and glass will be under the control of Materials.

The junior cartographer assistant from the king’s army Alina Starkov and her best friend who was an orphan Mayen was also combined in the king’s army.
As they know about them well each other were doing their preparation for the trip of Shadow Fold. Alina was a great personality and mal was much talented and popular. Along with the Darkling Alina started crossing the darkness. The darkling already destroyed a village.
The darkling has also planned to kill Mal. But Alina was not in a condition to save Mal. At last, both of them leave Darkling in the fold and leave by a ship. We have seen this in the first season and let us see what happens in the second season of the series
