Why Bluepoint Games Changes Its Twitter Bio? Click to know

Bluepoint Games Updates: Bluepoint Games has blown off rumors regarding its acquisition by PlayStation. Bluepoint Games changed their Twitter bio, mentioning clearly that it is an independent studio and it does not have anything to do with PlayStation despite the rumors.
They have been heavily speculated to be acquired by PlayStation in order to make some big games and also make some Sony remakes, but that doesn’t seem to be it.
This started after a PlayStation account made leaked a post about PlayStation acquiring Bluepoint Games. The main question is why was the picture made ready to go, revealing any collaborations between the two companies. But, right now, Bluepoint Games has squashed anything between the two companies.
Possibly, huge collaboration is coming but since there is no official agreement yet they are not ready to reveal anything right now and are holding the fans in a suspense.
Bluepoint Games changed its Twitter bio to say it’s a “fully independent self-funded studio.”

GamesRadar
GamesRadar believes that this bio was changed sometime between March and late June 2021. It seems to dispel any belief that PlayStation has acquired Bluepoint Games.
It is also possible that the agreement didn’t reach any conclusion but there were certainly talks going on between both parties. Now if the deal actually happens, it won’t be of any surprise even if it happens sometime in the future as well.
It is also likely that both parties may collaborate and make some games together following the success of the ‘Demon’s Soul’ remake.
Bluepoint is well-known for its remasters and remakes of any famous game and being free of any ownership means we can see them collaborating with any of the studios out there and make some more amazing remasters or even remakes. There are also heavy rumors that they might be making a remake of Metal Gear Solid, but nothing has been confirmed yet as of now.
Well, whatever the outcome is, we all love playing games and we won’t get bored of any remakes or remasters that might be coming our way anytime this year.
