Black Adam Updates: Dwayne Johnson celebrated the wrap of Black Adam’s production by sharing a Behind The Scenes video where he congratulated everyone in the film crew. After nearly a decade of development, Black Adam’s production has finally been wrapped up.
Development of this film began in 2014, though Dwayne Johnson expressed his interest in playing the role in his favorite comic book as early as 2007. After the filming has been completed, the film has to go under post-production which takes a long time.
Enough time before the film’s release in the summer of 2022. It is truly an incredible journey and achievement accomplished by DC and Dwayne Johnson after years of hype and development that the film has wrapped up after years of many false starts and rewritten scripts.

In the video, he thanks the cast and crew for their handwork and discussed how the film can be a career-changing film for him.
He also mentioned that this film is a career highlight for him and this will be the proudest he had ever felt for a film that he played a role in. He then proceeds to conduct a cash prize raffle for the crew, which appears to be a recurring activity that they do on Fridays.
In addition to “The Rock“, the film stars Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Quintessa Swindell, Pierce Brosnan, and many other co-stars who also congratulated Dwayne and the crew on this achievement. Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia of Seven Bucks Productions are producing this movie with Beau Flynn of FlynnPictreCo.
