A poster was released by The CW for the Batwoman Season 2 finale, ahead of its release on June 27. CW dropped a poster before the Batwoman Season 2 finale which features the various members of the Bat-team with their frenemy Alice. The final episode of Season 2 is set to release on June 27.
The poster features Ryan and other members of the Bat-team, including Luke, Mary, and the former Crow agent Sophie. It also features Alice, who has evolved into a frenemy of the Bat-team through the course of Season 2. Alice’s dad and Sophie’s ex-boss Jacob can also be seen in the poster. Jacob was last seen being transferred to a Metropolis prison, therefore, it will be interesting to see what role he will play in the Season 2 finale.
In the Season 2 finale episode, which is titled “Power”, Ryan and her Bat-team must stand against Kate Kane who continues to serve Black Mask even after learning that he kidnapped and manipulated her to believe that she was his daughter Circe.
New Poster to Celebrate Batwoman Season 2 Finale
Ryan must join forces against Black Mask who is instigating chaos in the streets of Gotham. In the Batwoman Season 2 finale preview, Russel Tavaroff, the ex-Crows agent is seen injecting himself with Bane’s Venom which would turn him into the super-villain Menace. This would mean that there is an oncoming battle between him and Ryan.
Ryan will not face these battles alone as she has the support of Luke who will suit up as Batwing for the first time in the finale episode of Season 2. Season 2 has given Luke a great story arc, beginning with him getting shot and almost dying in episode 14 of the season and leading into his discussion with John Diggle about managing his newfound anger and using it to fight for justice.
His becoming Batwing will serve as a payoff to his brilliant story arc. Apart from Luke, Ryan will also have the help of Mary Hamilton and Sophie Moore. Alice, on the other hand, will fight a battle of her own as she attempts to rescue her sister which will bring her face to face with Circe.
The cast of Batwoman includes Javicia Leslie as Ryan Wilder, Rachel Skarsten as Alice, Meagan Tandy as Sophie Moore, Campus Johnson as Luke Fox, Dougray Scott as Jacob Kane, Nicole Kangas Mary Hamilton-Kane, and Wallis Day as Kate Kane. The final episode of Season 2 will air on June 27 on CW at 8 pm.
