Dying Light 2 Updates: Techland announced how long it will take to beat Dying Light 2 when it releases on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC later this year.
According to Tymon Smektala, the game’s chief designer, Dying Light will vary the flow of the game based on the game style and expected skills, but the designer not only left it up to the fans but also provided some numbers.
Regarding the length of the game, Smektala said it will be around 20 hours with players rushing into the game and just focusing on the main story.
However, if you want to see all that the game has to offer, it will take you around 40 hours or 60 hours. Std. To this end, the designer reveals that the opening game alone has seven to eight hours of content.

“If you hurry you should be able to finish the story in about 20 hours,” said Smektala. “But to see it all, you’d have to spend 2-3 times more time than that. Just our opening area can be over 7-8 hours if you want to explore every corner, so there’s a lot to play here.”
