Sony released their first animated experiment or glance with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse in 2018. The comic book in an excellent blast of colors that left both the audience and the critics in complete awe.
The story follows a normal teenage boy Miles Morales (Shameik Moore), who gains and develops new abilities after being bitten by a radioactive spider. These shenanigans of mingling multiverse actually let him discover more people like him whereby he meets a slew of other Spider-People from different realities.

Undoubtedly, Into the Spider-Verse was a big hit at all commercial levels. This actually made it conspicuous that Sony would move forward with its sequel.
The production began last year and the movie is set to be released in the latter part of 2022. Plot details are still kept surreptitious. Since, Into the Spider-Verse has a long time before its release, there really is insufficient and minimal information to concretize any conclusion. Isaac’s casting leads one to think that Sony has more plans for the hero from the future. However, his presence in Into the Spider-verse 2 hasn’t been officially confirmed yet.
