In Europe, it lands at 5 pm EST while Asia receives it at 5 pm KST. Till now there is no confirmation by the producing team. Regarding the release of expansion for console players. Including PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo switch. But keep in mind that previous seasons witnessed events kick off at 1 AM GMT the following day.
