American Horror Story Update: An American anthology horror series created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. The show has a total of 9 seasons with 103 episodes in all. The series was loved by the fans, one thing that attracted the fans the most was the appearance of Lady Gaga in the show. 

Lady Gaga may have been famous for her singing skills, but she has also appeared in many movies and television shows. That includes the award-winning series “American Horror Story”. The actor made an appearance in the series several times. 

Lady Gaga played the role of Scathach, a blood-thirsty immortal witch in the sixth episode of the series known as Roanoke. That connected her character to the other episodes too. Then she acted in season 5 of the series as a vampire known as the Countess.

The most notable role of the actress was in the series ‘Hotel’. Lady Gaga played the role of a blood-sucking Countess. This character had children of her own, although she wasn’t afraid to put hands on people with her partner. 

In an interview with Variety, Lady Gaga stated, “I desperately so want you all to love the real me and not the idea of me that you write about or see”. This shows, the actress wants everyone to love her for the way she is, whether cunning or evil. The countess was indeed appreciated by the audience. 

It was for the role of ‘Countess’ that earned Lady Gaga the Golden Globe Award for the Best Performance by an Actress in Miniseries or Motion Pictures Made for Television. 

The Cast of American Horror Story season 10

Some cast members who have been missing from the series might make a comeback in the upcoming season of the show. The 10th season may mark the presence of actors like Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters on the show. However, Lady Gaga might not be seen in the upcoming season of the series. 

FX was all set to air the season in 2020, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic, production has been at a pause for new episodes.
