The Trailer for Ultraman: Rising Netflix’s Approach to an Iconic Japanese Franchise.

The teaser trailer for Ultraman: Rising offers three details about the upcoming adventure: To begin, the main character, Ken Sato, will be enjoying his best days as he enjoys the benefits of being a baseball hero.

The trailer indicates that Ken feels at ease balancing his sports popularity with his Earth-defending role as Ultraman, so he doesn’t hesitate to leave a stadium to fight a Kaiju that falls from the sky.

That dragon-like Kaiju appears to be the star of one of Ultraman: Rising’s most thrilling action sequences.

Ultraman will go after it through Japan, giving the type of overwhelming battle that only massive beings can offer. Last but not least, that very same Kaiju will eventually leave something behind an offspring that immediately imprints on Ken.

When the story turns a little more comedic, we see Ultraman trying to manage a big baby while it does some destruction.

Ultraman is a popular Japanese superhero that has been around since the 1960s and has evolved across many mediums. Tindle’s passion for the project and Netflix’s dedication to bringing his vision to life has resulted in a distinct take on the Ultraman mythology, fusing tradition with innovation.
