Masters of the Universe: Revolution First Look Revealed By Netflix!

The Masters of the Universe: Revolution’s first look reveals He-Man and an armored King Randor against an upgraded Scare-Glow.

During the Drop 01 online event, Netflix gave Masters of the Universe: Revolution fans an action-packed short featuring He-Man against his foe Scare-Glow.

The plot revolves once more around He-Man’s efforts to safeguard Eternia from evil forces commanded by his long-time rivals.

Masters of the Universe: Revolution is the sequel to Masters of the Universe: Revelation, a Netflix series that sent viewers back to Eternia to relive their childhood memories.

Both series are sequels to the iconic 1980s 2D animation and continue the hunt for the Sword of Power and other mythical artifacts after Skeletor severely devastated Eternia and kept magic in odd patterns across the realm.

Scare-Glow appears to have the upper hand against He-Man in the trailer because he can change into a gigantic spider-like creature that runs quicker than anybody can catch him. At the same time, He-Man remains unaffected by Scare-Glow’s change and continues to wield Grayskull’s power.

The animation is still fantastic and welcomes Masters of the Universe fans on yet another spectacular adventure.

In Masters of the Universe: Revolution, He-Man, and the brave warriors fight the armies of Skeletor and something more in the latest epic chapter in the struggle for Castle Grayskull.

The newly mechanized Skeletor strikes the heart of Eternia, equipped with the strength of Motherboard, while Prince Adam struggles with a new duty and what it means for him as He-Man! Adam must decide between the wand and the sword and a life as King or Champion.

Meanwhile, in the mists of Darksmoke, the new Sorceress Teela hunts for the secret of Snake Magic to construct a magical realm and assist He-Man in repelling the biggest threat Eternia has ever faced: the return of the dictator Hordak, the cruel commander of the Horde Empire!

During Revelations, there was a massive power change within the Masters, with Teela ascending to the proper succession as the Sorceress of Grayskull, Evil-Lyn abandoning evil, and Skeletor becoming a Horde prisoner.

We know that Skeletor’s previous mentor, Hordak, will be played by legendary voice actor Keith David.

Meg Foster, who played Evil-Lyn in the 1987 live-action Masters of the Universe film, will also portray Motherboard, the cult leader responsible for sending Hordak to Eternia.

Chris Wood will return as Prince Adam/He-Man, with Diedrich Bader as Randor and Tony Todd as the monstrous Scare-Glow. William Shatner will appear in an unknown role along with Foster and David. At the same time, Supergirl herself, Melissa Benoist, will take the place of Sarah Michelle Gellar as Teela in Masters of the Universe: Revolution.

Although no specific release date has been mentioned, Masters of the Universe: Revolution will be released in Summer 2024.
