Recap Of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 9
In Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 9, titled “Shibuya Incident Opening,” Gojo faced off against Hanami, Jogo, Choso, and Mahito in a fierce battle. After Mahito defeated Hanami, he arrived in Shibuya with a train that had a lot of people who had been turned into strange creatures.
Gojo briefly stopped the Curses and saved the transformed humans with his 0.2-second Domain Expansion. However, his confrontation with Geto and the Prison Realm took a shocking turn. As Gojo realized he was trapped, he questioned Geto’s true identity.
In a surprising twist, Geto removed part of his skull to reveal a talking brain inside, which turned out to be Kenjaku. Later, we found out that Gojo hadn’t totally destroyed Geto’s body.
This allowed Kenjaku to take control of it. Kenjaku said goodbye to Gojo, and at the same time, a Mechamaru drone flew over to Yuji to let him know that Gojo was being sealed away.
