How Riley Keough Sent Andrew Garfield to Hospital?

Riley Keough nearly put Andrew Garfield in the hospital during filming ‘Under the Lake’ in 2018 because she had a peanut cereal bar before a kissing scene.

Riley Keough ate a granola bar containing peanuts before a kissing scene with Andrew Garfield, which unintentionally led to the cancellation of a project she was working on.

The “Spiderman” actor, with whom she co-starred in 2018’s “Under the Silver Lake,” said she was unaware of his peanut allergy and that the circumstance was “actually very stressful.”

Riley brought something to the set during production that may have put her co-star at grave risk. In fact, during a conversation, the interpreter related a potentially fatal anecdote that happened while the movie was being filmed: Unaware of her colleague’s severe peanut allergy, the star had chosen to eat a small snack that contained peanuts just before filming a scene in which he was supposed to kiss the actor.

Fortunately, despite nuts on set, Garfield didn’t have an allergic response, but he has previously spoken about experiencing anaphylactic shock when filming Never Let Me Go in 2011. He then said he reacted negatively to something he ate at dinner with his co-stars Carey Mulligan and Keira Knightly.

She claimed that because the movie was set in Los Angeles, where she resides, it was “cool” to shoot, but that she didn’t have much to film because “spoiler alert: I disappear,” as she put it.

However, one memory from the set has remained with her all these years. “It was very stressful,” Keough began. She claimed that at one point, she was getting ready for a scene where she would have to kiss Garfield while eating a granola bar in the makeup trailer.

The makeup artist then inquired if Keough’s snack had peanuts. The makeup artist ‘ran away’ when Keough stated she believed there were peanuts in the bar but subsequently returned with the film’s producer.
