Michelle Buteau has created the comedy-drama tv series ‘Survival of the Thickest’ which is adapted from the same named memoir of Buteau herself.
The series follows a black woman named Mavis Beaumont (played by Michelle Buteau) who has recently become single and is now determined to rebuild her life amidst career and relationship issues with a positive attitude.
